CHALLENGES

A 17-person team manually reformatted 10,000+ account records a day—and roughly one in eight came back wrong.

OUR APPROACH

Encode the Template, Not the Task

The rules were consistent; only the volume made them hard. We built a converter that reads source records and produces the destination bank's format directly, validating each one against the target schema before it's written. Anything that fails validation is flagged rather than silently passed through — errors that used to be discovered downstream now surface at the point of conversion.

It runs unattended at full volume. We operate and maintain it under an ongoing support plan, so schema changes on either side are handled by us rather than becoming the bank's problem.

THE RESULTS

Same Volume, Fraction of the Cost, Fewer Errors

At 10,000 records a day, a 12% error rate meant around 1,200 corrections daily. Under 2% means fewer than 200 — and those are caught by validation instead of found later.
