Last updated: 5 August 2026
1. Who we are
Aron Labs ("Aron Labs", "we", "us", or "our") designs, deploys, and maintains automation, AI, machine learning, and custom software systems for businesses. This Privacy Policy applies to aronlabs.com, our contact and Process Audit forms, and any Aron Labs application or service that links to it.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following information:
- Information you provide: your name, email address, company name, budget range, message, and any other information you include when contacting us.
- Communications: emails, meeting notes, and other correspondence relating to an inquiry, Process Audit, proposal, or engagement.
- Security and technical information: a one-way hash derived from your IP address, browser or device user-agent information, request timestamps, and submission activity. We use this information to prevent spam, detect duplicate submissions, enforce rate limits, and protect the website.
Please do not send confidential client data, passwords, financial account information, health information, or other sensitive personal data through the general contact form.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries and arrange Process Audits;
- understand a business problem and determine whether our services are suitable;
- prepare proposals and administer client engagements;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services;
- prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and duplicate submissions; and
- comply with applicable legal and contractual obligations.
Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may prevent us from continuing a requested conversation or service.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell browsing activity to advertisers. The website may use strictly necessary technical storage or similar technologies required for security, functionality, and delivery. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this Policy and request consent where applicable.
5. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share it:
- with hosting, database, email, communications, and other service providers that process information for us;
- with professional advisers where reasonably necessary;
- when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect rights, safety, and security; and
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Client project data is also governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, confidentiality agreement, data-processing terms, or other signed contract.
6. Data storage, transfers, and retention
Information may be processed in India or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use contractual and organisational safeguards for those transfers.
We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active engagement, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Security and rate-limit records may be retained for shorter operational periods. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, limited collection, and hashed network identifiers for contact-form security. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide information about our processing of your personal data, correct or update it, erase it, withdraw consent, or address a grievance. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we may retain information where the law or an existing contract requires it.
To make a request or raise a privacy grievance, email us at info@aronlabs.com. We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. Children
Our website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the general contact form. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional notice where required.
