1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aronlabs.com and any Aron Labs-owned application or service that links to them (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About Aron Labs

Aron Labs identifies inefficient business processes, maps workflows, determines whether automation, AI, machine learning, or custom software is appropriate, and builds, deploys, maintains, and improves the resulting systems.

3. Website information is not a project agreement

Site content is provided for general information. Submitting a form, requesting or booking a Process Audit, receiving an email, or discussing a potential project does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

Any paid audit, development, integration, deployment, support, or maintenance work is governed only by the proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, data-processing terms, or other contract signed by the relevant parties. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, accounts, or data;
• interfere with security, availability, or normal operation;
• submit malicious code, spam, false information, or content that infringes another person's rights;
• scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit Site content except as permitted by law or our written consent; or
• misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship with Aron Labs.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe the Site is being misused or its security is at risk.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its original text, design, graphics, software, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to Aron Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the Site for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership or grant a licence to use our name, logo, or content commercially.

Ownership and licence rights for client deliverables are defined in the signed agreement for that engagement, not by these Terms.

6. Case studies and results

Case studies describe specific projects in a particular business and technical context. Some client details may be anonymised or redacted. Metrics reflect the scope and measurement method stated or approved for that case study. Past results are not a guarantee that another organisation will achieve the same outcome.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites, hosting, databases, communications tools, or other services. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to its own terms.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current. Site content is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aron Labs and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for a claim arising solely from the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us specifically for access to the Site during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000 if no amount was paid.

Liability relating to paid client work is governed by the signed agreement for that work.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site and may update these Terms. Revised Terms take effect when posted, unless a later date is stated. Your continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory dispute process under applicable law, disputes relating solely to the Site will be submitted to the courts having competent jurisdiction over Aron Labs' registered office in India.

13. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement concerning use of the Site.
